Common questions
Plans, in plain terms.
- Is there a free trial?
- Starter includes a 7-day free trial for one to five seats. A one-seat trial needs no card; two to five seats need a card to start. No call is required. Pro and Enterprise do not include a trial.
- How is Barkrow billed?
- Per user, per month, billed to your organization. Starter is $70 per user per month and Pro is $130 per user per month. Billed annually, Starter is $756 and Pro is $1,404 per user per year, 10 percent less than monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom, quoted for each agency on an annual commitment with a 25-seat minimum. Prices exclude sales tax, which checkout adds where it applies to your billing address. Existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up at.
- How many seats does each plan cover?
- Starter covers one to five users and Pro one to twenty-five; Enterprise starts at 25. A workspace owner manages seats, roles, and billing from the settings screen, and each seat brings its own monthly allowance to the workspace.
- What does each plan include every month?
- Each user brings a monthly allowance to the workspace: 200 Chat questions and 30 documents on Starter, 500 Chat questions and 120 documents on Pro, and 750 Chat questions and a document allowance set in your agreement on Enterprise. Allowances are shared across the workspace and reset monthly.
- What happens when we reach the monthly allowance?
- Usage past the allowance is never billed automatically. Questions get a short buffer past the allowance so work in progress can finish, then wait for the monthly reset or a plan change. Documents stop at the allowance until the month resets. So that one long session cannot spend the whole month, each person can use about a quarter of the workspace allowance in any five hours. Earlier answers, citations, and exports stay available either way.
- Which plans include single sign-on?
- Single sign-on and verified email domains are included on Pro and Enterprise. Directory provisioning over SCIM and an organization policy to require multi-factor authentication are Enterprise.
- How is our data handled?
- Every tenant table enforces row-level security at the database, and private documents are uploader-only by default. Detected personal identifiers are replaced with tokens before any model call. There is no training on raw customer content, and the database holding customer data is in us-west-2 (Oregon), with documents and compute in western North America.
- Can I move up a plan later?
- Yes. Move up when your team outgrows its seats or its allowance, not before. A workspace owner manages the plan, seats, and billing from the settings screen.
