What we collect, and what we refuse to.

Adamantius is built so customer documents stay yours. This policy covers the marketing site and account data — customer files are governed by your contract and the DPA.

    The PII boundary comes first

    Client names, carrier terms and live premium are stripped before a document reaches the model. The marketing site never sees a customer file.

    Nothing on this site sets a tracking cookie that follows you across the web.

    What this site collects

    Account and contact details you submit through forms — name, work email, brokerage. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics on aggregate page views. No ad-network pixels.

    How we use it

    To respond to demo and access requests, to send the Field Note if you subscribe, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell data. We never have.

    Subprocessors

    A short, audited list — Azure, Cloudflare, WorkOS — each covered by a data-processing agreement. The current list lives on the Security page.

    Your rights

    Access, correction, export and deletion on request. Email us and we act within the windows GDPR and CCPA require.

    Retention

    Account data is kept while your relationship with us is active and for the period your contract specifies, then deleted. Customer documents follow your configured retention.
